Brooklyn Colloquium on International Economic Law

The Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law is pleased to announce the inaugural Brooklyn Colloquium on International Economic Law. The Colloquium brings scholars and experts to the Law School, to present cutting-edge scholarly works in the field. The IEL Colloquium is convened by Professors Julian Arato and Robin Effron.

Wolfgang Alschner, assistant professor at the University of Ottawa, will present on “The Impact of Treaty Design Differences in Precedential Reasoning in Investment Arbitration.”

Colloquium presentations are open to the public.
